Created in the Southern Highlands of NSW, the 100 SOULS 100 Souls Hinterland Gin marries Australian native flora with aromatic Asian ingredients to create a gin with focused Himalayan juniper, smooth sweet mandarin and a Szechuan pepper nuance. Lemon myrtle and lemon thyme harmonise the Szechuan spice, and sweetness of mandarin resulting in a mouth filling gin that reminds its creator of the soft rich beauty and flow of the Hinterlands.
