Returns Policy

We hope you love your new wine! If you happen to change your mind, you can return your wine to us under the following conditions:

Refund policy

If you believe there to be an issue with a product that you have purchased please replace lid/cork (must be over 3/4 of bottle remaining) and contact hello@drinkspanish.com.au and we will be happy to assist with next steps.

You may return most new, unopened items in new condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If, after trying a product that is full priced and you are not satisfied, please email us and we will arrange our freight company to collect the wine from you at a mutually convenient time during Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). We will issue you a credit in the amount paid for the returned wines Less any freight charges incurred in the original delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 days of receipt your package to Drink Spanish.

If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

​Due to most wines having corks & not screw caps, there might be variation in wines. Any wines that are discounted or on special, will won't issue a refund. However, we will issue a credit for the bottle for your next order. Any corked wine must be returned to our retail store before credit can be added to your account.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@drinkspanish.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the item and email us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as wines on Special or discounted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 days of receipt your package to Drink Spanish.
