At the time of release, this wine showed a bright cherry red colour. On the nose, aromas of red berries and oaky notes . On the palate, crisp tastes of strawberry combined with gentle aromas of oak. Elegant mouthfeel, a full body and a fresh and fruity aftertaste.
This wine still has plenty of life in it and should drink very well for the next 7 years.
In terms of food pairing, vegetables, rice and pasta, seasoned fish and white meats, as well as fresh and medium cured cheese.
