Hand picked by night, pumping and tread daily by hand in small stainless steel tanks , fermentation at 20 degrees to preserve the aroma of centuries-old garnacha of Cenicientos. Aged in French and American oak for six months.

It shows a special finesse in the mouth and the maximum expression of the Grenache and the terroir of this estate. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeast .
