Pale straw in colour. Fresh, yeasty, crusty-bread nose with notes of salty almonds. Clean and tangy with a refreshing finish and a softness which makes it delightfully easy to drink. Perfect as a chilled aperitif, accompanied by “tapas” of olives, shellfish, ham, cheese, fish, snacks or sushi. It is one of the rare wines which will happily partner dishes containing vinegar.
