The colour in this Shiraz is dark and rich with a garnet hue. The bouquet is ripe and lifted with dark plums, hints of caraway seed, spice and cedar. The traditional method of open fermentation has allowed the palate to be bold yet balanced with flavours of dark chocolate, black cherries, plum, sage and will balanced subtle oak.
